Brief

Tung Chung MTR Station (10am) > San Shek Wan > Green Dragon Stream > Lantau Trail > Pak Kung Au > Tung Chung OR Mui Wo

Itinerary

This Sunday, June 12, 2016, the Trampers are going to have a three boots stream trekking in Lantau Island.  We will meet at 10:00am outside the turnstile of Exit B, Tung Chung MTR Station.  Then we will take bus to San Shek Wan on South Lantau Raod to start the stream trek.  All the way heading up the stream, we will reach the water catchment along the Lantau Trail Stage 11 where provide an early exit option.  After that, we will keep going up stream until reaching the South Lantau Country Trail and finish this Lower Part of Green Dragon Stream Trek.  Over there, we will follow the path to Pak Kung Au to end the walk.

Bushwhacking and good balancing skill will be required. Please show up in full gears with 2 litres of water, lunch, snacks, rain wear, a torch, sun block, gloves and mos-spray(but no cigarette).  If it is raining hard or thunderstorms are threatening, the walk may be cancelled.  If in doubt, call the trampers hotline 8209-0517 in the morning.
