Hiking on 18 January 2015 - Rock Wonders of Stanley Peninsula: Rhino Rock & Cheung Po Tsai Cave 犀牛石 + 張保仔洞 Stanley Peninsula

Meeting Time / Place : 10.00 am at Sai Wan Ho MTR Station ( near Hang Seng Bank )

Route: Bus 14 to Stanley Fort PLA Barracks > Rhino Rock > coastal walk passing through Stanley Market > Chung Hom Kok Shan > Cheung Po Tsai sea cave

Warm reminder: Please bring along with your torch if you don't want to miss the gold bars inside the Cave.

This coming Sunday January 18th, we are revisiting Stanley Peninsula, same route we did in May 2011. This time, we will try to ride the Rhino to overlook the Stanley Prison and the PLA camp. Then we will try to fight  against a Devil Paw to save Mr. Snoopy in Chung Hom Kok Shan. Last we will hide inside a cave of the famous pirate Cheung Po Tsai see if there any gold bars or diamonds still left for us, so please prepare that we might move tons of precious metal away secretly.

This walk also include  some heritage buildings/places such as Stanley Military Cemetery, St. Stephen's College, Old Stanley Police Station, Old Post Office,  Carmelite Cemetery, Maryknoll, Murray House, Blake Pier,  Tin Hau Temple, Kwan Yam Temple, Pai Tai Temple & it's thousand years old well.

If you are interested to join this hikes or heritage walk,please meet  us at 10.00 am in Sai Wan Ho MTR Station Concourse Exit A ( near Hang Seng Bank ) and we will take bus #14 to Stanley Fort to start the walk.

Please bring sufficient water, lunch, mosquite repellent, hand gloves, sun block and hat. If it is raining or threatening to rain (thunderstorm warning), the walk may still go on but we will hike on another part of the area.  If in doubt on the morning of the walk, call 8209-0517.  Remember don't be late!
