Meeting place : Sheung Shui MTR Station ( Exit A on upper floor )

Meeting time : 11:00 am

After walking through the former border line of closed area at Sha Tau Kok last week, this coming Sunday, we will try to go further, to visit those hidden villages, to explore the abandoned mining field where we may collect some precious metals such as gold and platinum.  Then this will become the “Bonanza” of Hong Kong.  Meanwhile, according to the rules from Trampers, no one is allowed to pick any plants or stones during the walk :(

We will end the walk at Ta Kwu Ling via Pak Kung Au & Lin Ma Hang and catch the bus back to Sheung Shui MTR or Fanling MTR Station

Bushwhacking will be involved.  Please show up with full gears, 2 litres water, lunch, snacks, gloves, headlight and rain wear but no cigarette.  If it is raining hard or thunderstorms are threatening, the walk may be cancelled.  If in doubt, call the trampers hotline 8209-0517 in the morning.
