All our walks are led by volunteers and are planned one week in advance.  If you don't see an itinerary on our homepage, that means no one has proposed anything yet.  And if one is not posted by Saturday, you can safely assume that there is no walk the following day.

We communicate via our website and we do not maintain a mailing list.

It is time for us to visit HK Island. This Sunday,23 December 2007,we will meet at 11:30am at Starbucks next to Exit C of Tai Koo MTR Station

This is a great trail in the midst of the concrete jungle of HK Island. We will be ''in'' for a steep ascent and a bit of a scramble over big boulders on our way up the hill.Once we reach the top,we will then follow an overgrown trail down to Tai Tam Gap road. From there,we will follow the road to the start of the trail of Dragon's Back.We will end the hike in Shek O to treat ourselves to a nice refreshments or dinner.

Please bring the usual hiking essentials, plenty of water, lunch and snacks for along the way, also a fleece or wind-breaker to keep you warm.

If it is raining or threatening to rain (thunderstorm warning), the walk will be cancelled. If in doubt on the morning of the walk, call 8209-0517. The ten minute waiting rules applies and remember not to be late!

Disclaimer:- People join this walk at their own risks.  I shall not be held responsible in any way for any injury or death incurred or any loss or damage to personal property caused due to whatever causes including, but not limited to, negligence, neglect, errors of judgment and inadequate orientation skills on my part.  The fact that you show up at the time and place on the day to join the walk is an implication that you have agreed to and accepted unconditionally this disclaimer.
