All our walks are led by volunteers and are planned one week in advance.  If you don't see an itinerary on our homepage, that means no one has proposed anything yet.  And if one is not posted by Saturday, you can safely assume that there is no walk the following day.

We communicate via our website and we do not maintain a mailing list.

While we welcome those who enjoy walkng to join us, we need to stress that walking, to us, is hiking, not strolling. You must be prepared to walk at a crisp pace, which is at least twice the pace of when you go shopping.

Please also check our boot rating system carefully and evaluate your walking ability before you decide to joinour walks. Here are a few simple guidelines - Can you, without resting,

climb 10 flights of stairs in 15 minutes?
maintain a pace of 5km/hr on a treadmill for 30 minutes?
can you pass our NEP test ?
